Dance Club 2000

Charlie, the organiser at Dance Club 2000, wants to extend a warm invitation to the local sports community. Based in Chichester, Dance Club 2000 offers a mix of dance classes for all ages and skill levels.

In the Modern Ballroom section, you can learn dances like the English Waltz, Modern Tango, Quickstep, Slow Foxtrot, and Viennese Waltz. Classes are designed to nail down posture, footwork, and partnering basics.

If Latin American dances are more your speed, there are classes for Jive, Cha-Cha-Cha, Rumba, Salsa, and Argentine Tango. Whether you're solo or in a pair, these sessions bring a bit of energy to your week.

Classes run in two spots around Chichester: the Newell Centre on Mondays and The Pavilion Studio in Graylingwell Park on Wednesdays. The Monday venue has lots of parking, while the Wednesday studio offers lovely views of Havenstoke Park.

A new term kicks off on Wednesday, 3rd January 2024, with "Strictly Fit" for Absolute Beginners. Open to everyone—couples and singles alike—this class aims to teach the basics. It’s £10 per session each week.

For those a bit more advanced, there are intermediate and advanced classes too. Both singles and couples are welcome to dive deeper into their Modern Ballroom and Latin skills.
