Dancebridge

Dancebridge is a vibrant and renowned dance school located in Uxbridge, offering a range of classes in jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical, and hip hop. The school is led by Artistic Director, Eileen McCartney, who holds an impressive honours double major degree in dance and psychology, a degree in education, a college diploma in Physiotherapy Assisting, and is a certified dance teacher in all dance disciplines with the Canadian Dance Teachers Association and the Performing Arts Association of Canada.

Dancebridge prides itself on providing both recreational and competitive programs for students of all ages and levels. The school also offers students the opportunity to participate in exams through the CDTA, allowing them to set goals, follow a progressive syllabus, and gain valuable experience in their dance education.

With a season that runs from September to June, Dancebridge operates on a payment schedule of four equal instalments due on September 15, November 15, February 15, and April 15. The school ensures that students have access to a variety of classes, with offerings such as jazz, tap, ballet, and tap for 4-6 year olds, preballet, spirit acro, and hip hop.

Throughout the year, Dancebridge organizes special events such as the annual recital at the Port Perry Centre for the Arts, CDTA exam prep and exams, as well as themed classes like Bring a Friend week. The school's schedule also includes breaks for holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Family Day, March Break, Easter, and Victoria Day.
