The Dance2bfit Signature Programme is at the heart of the school's offerings. Developed specifically for NSW Primary Schools under the PDHPE syllabus, this programme teaches students a new dance each class, with classes held once a week for 8, 9, or 10 weeks. The programme is fun, energetic, and structured, with students learning the latest moves and dancing to the hottest music tracks. Dance2bfit offers a variety of dance styles throughout the term, ensuring students stay engaged and excited about their dance classes.
In addition to the Dance2bfit Signature Programme, Dance2bfit also offers a range of other programmes. Slam is their latest core body workout, where students use drumsticks to the beat of the music for a fun and engaging workout. The school also offers opportunities for students to perform at school events, such as school concerts and discos. Dance2bfit is happy to choreograph routines and provide costumes for whole school concerts, accommodating up to 1000 students performing at once.
With structured school discos, all students are encouraged to join in and dance.
Alongside Dance2bfit, Dance2bfit also offers Challenge2bfit, a fitness programme that dares to be different. This programme encourages students to have fun while getting fit and learning new skills on an array of inflatables and equipment.
At Dance2bfit, the focus is on creating a positive and inclusive environment where students can improve their fitness levels while having a great time. The professional dance instructors visit schools once a week to teach students fun and funky dance moves, helping them improve coordination, self-esteem, and confidence.
