Looking to enhance your well-being and energy flow? Chi Kung Institute of Australia is hosting a 7-week Da Yan Wild Goose Chi Kung course for both returning and advanced students. It's happening in two convenient locations: Wayville on Tuesdays at 6:15 pm and North Adelaide on Fridays at 9:45 am.
For those who are part of the Institute already, there's a special deal on the official textbook priced at $25. But hey, if you're new to all this, don't worry - beginners are more than welcome to come and learn about the principles of Chi Kung and Tai Chi.
