D'Amy Fitness

D'Amy Fitness in Kenmare offers HYROX-focused fitness classes alongside personal training. The coaches, Dan and Amy, qualified from Munster Technological University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Health, Sport and Exercise Sciences, and bring over 20 years of combined fitness industry experience. Training is described as tailored to the individual, with experience working with clients ranging from those with disabilities to elite athletes, as well as support through spin classes and one-on-one sessions.
