Our boxing classes combine cardio, strength, coordination, and balance, while our cardio classes focus on all facets of fitness including speed, power, flexibility, coordination, and agility. Body Basics classes target strength-based movements for the arms, core, and legs, and our balance classes help improve stability and core strength.
