The centre is open from 7:00am to 9:00pm on Mondays, 7:00am to 11:00am and 2:30pm to 10:00pm on Tuesdays, 7:00am to 10:00pm on Wednesdays, 7:00am to 8:00pm on Fridays, 8:00am to 3:00pm on Saturdays, and 8:00am to 8:00pm on Sundays. Please note that access to individual activities may vary and are subject to timetable restrictions. Reception closes up to 60 minutes prior to closing, with varying times. The facilities at Cupar Sports Centre include an astro pitch, gym, squash court, and games hall which are open during centre opening times. The centre also provides accessibility features such as ramp access, unassisted wheelchair access, disabled parking, a disabled changing room with a hoist, pool hoist, guide dogs and assistance dogs welcome, and disabled toilets.
Finding Cupar Sports Centre is easy as it is located on Carslogie Road, just as you enter Cupar from the west. The A91 leads directly onto Carslogie Road. The sports centre is situated in the grounds of Elmwood College. Ample free parking is available.
One of the highlights of Cupar Sports Centre is the group fitness classes. They offer a variety of classes, including the new Low Impact Aerobics class with Susan Mowbray. With 8 classes to choose from, you can burn calories while having fun and enjoying great music. No experience is needed, and pay-as-you-go bookings are available.
