Cuong Nhu Redwood Dojo

Cuong Nhu Redwood Dojo offers traditional martial arts training for kids, teens, and adults in Oakland, with classes at the Redwood Heights Community Center. Since 1992, the dojo focuses on ongoing practice that builds health, fitness, and confidence, while teaching self-defense skills. Students also work on focus and concentration and practice channeling stress and aggression into a disciplined form. Classes are designed to feel fun and rigorous for a range of ages and experience levels.
