Situated in Puteaux, the association CSMP Gymnastique Espace Vital has been in existence since 2001, catering to individuals who wish to maintain, improve, or regain their fitness levels. The collective fitness classes offered are varied and tailored to the needs of each person, regardless of their level and abilities. From gentle gym, body zen, stretching, and pilates to senior exercises and muscle strengthening, the classes promise progress and fun in a supportive environment. With a focus on well-being and physical fitness, the classes offered include fitness, body-sculpt, step dance, toning, muscle strengthening, and more. The diverse range of activities allows members to customize their workout routines based on their preferences and fitness goals.
Exclusive to the upcoming 2023/2024 season, the schedule includes early morning classes on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. The flexible registration process includes an annual mandatory license fee of €30, which provides insurance coverage for engaging in sports activities. Students and those who refer a new member can benefit from a €25 discount on their chosen package. The classes are conducted by Patricia, a passionate instructor with over 25 years of experience. Patricia ensures that each class is tailored to the participants' abilities and levels, providing guidance and corrections as needed. The association also actively participates in community events, such as La Putéolienne and the Puteaux Sports Day.
Prospective members can easily join the association by downloading the registration form online or obtaining it directly from Patricia during class hours. The registration process includes submitting the necessary documentation and full payment in three installments, all addressed to the Association President. Individuals aged 16 to 80 can enroll throughout the year and classes take place at the Lavaquery room, conveniently located at 35 rue Eugène Eichenberger in Puteaux.
