Sensei Ted Constant has been training in the martial arts since 1987 and holds a 3rd dan JKA black belt. He began studying various styles of Tai Chi in 1993 and became a certified instructor of multiple styles in 2003. Sensei Ted specializes in Wu style Tai Chi, Qigong, and Chen style Tai Chi Chuan.
He is known for his calming presence and patient teaching style, making his classes perfect for students of all ages and abilities.
