7,166 acres. The project includes the reopening and significant expansion of the existing ski area with new high-speed ski lifts and on-mountain facilities. The resort village will be pedestrian-friendly, with condominium buildings, hotels, townhomes, and single-family lots being developed over three phases. A Master Development Agreement, valid for 60 years, has been signed with the Province, giving the developer exclusive rights to the land and outlining the development process. An Official Community Plan has been approved by the Regional District of Central Okanagan, and a comprehensive environmental review has been completed to ensure the project meets high conservation and environmental standards.
