Today, I am a different person. I am now a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Recovery Coach, and Weight Loss Specialist. Together with my wife Michelle, I founded Crystal Clear Fitness in 2018, with the mission of helping others transform their lives and reclaim their confidence through fitness and nutrition.
