Lewis Jones, owner and head trainer, is highly qualified with numerous certifications including CrossFit Level 1 and 2, CrossFit Football, Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and Mobility Trainer. After a rugby injury in 2012, Lewis discovered CrossFit and experienced its transformative power first-hand.
CrossFit Whakatane also boasts another skilled trainer, Daniel Finau, with certifications in CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Football.
The timetable at CrossFit Whakatane includes a variety of classes and Open Gym sessions. Rates are $45 per week for unlimited classes (GST inclusive) and $25 for a single class (GST inclusive). Class times can change, so it's best to contact the gym directly to book a spot.
