For those looking for a unique challenge, CrossFit Warminster offers HYROX Friday classes. HYROX combines running with functional workout stations, providing a fun and dynamic workout experience. Participants run 1 km and then tackle 1 functional workout station, repeating this eight times. HYROX events take place globally, giving you the opportunity to mix up your training and connect with the CrossFit community worldwide.
CrossFit Warminster also caters to younger athletes with CrossFit Teens classes. Their programme is designed to teach CrossFit principles to children ages 11-16.
