Curtis offers a distinctive fitness experience grounded in CrossFit principles, a varied high-intensity programme focusing on functional movements like squatting, pulling, and pushing - the types of movements we all do in our daily routines.
At CrossFit Unit 5/Frontline Fitness, there are classes for all fitness levels, whether you’re a newbie or a seasoned gym-goer. These sessions aim to boost strength and conditioning, while also helping you pick up new skills. Plus, every Friday at 6pm, there’s a barbell class to master compound and Olympic lifts like the snatch and clean and jerk.
Apart from CrossFit, Curtis also runs Frontline Fitness classes which mix strength training with high-intensity interval workouts. Each session is 45 minutes, using various equipment to keep the workouts fresh and challenging.
