

Heard about its benefits in improving overall fitness and performance. I decided to give it a try and instantly fell in love with the sport. I became certified as a CrossFit coach in 2015 and have been coaching at CrossFit Timaru ever since. Furthermore, I am passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals and love seeing the positive impact that CrossFit has on their lives.
I have always been involved in sports and fitness from a young age. Growing up, I played rugby and cricket and participated in various athletic events. I also have a background in martial arts, having trained in karate for many years. When I discovered CrossFit, I was immediately drawn to its combination of strength, endurance, and functional movements.
I became a certified CrossFit coach in 2014 and have been coaching at CrossFit Timaru ever since. I am dedicated to helping individuals improve their physical fitness and reach their full potential.
