We offer several membership options, including our Affiliate Recovery Box memberships. These can be used as a standalone package or as a bolt-on to your main gym membership. All of our memberships are based on a monthly rolling basis, giving you flexibility and ease of use. You can cancel your membership at any point by contacting us, and you can also upgrade or downgrade your Recovery Box membership as needed.

We are open from 09:00 to 21:00, providing ample time for you to fit your workouts into your busy schedule.
