We pride ourselves on making workouts challenging, fun, and different each time you visit. CrossFit is a dynamic blend of gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning. By combining these exercises, our athletes become incredibly strong and fit in all movements. Our sessions are designed to enhance your flexibility, improve technique, and increase overall fitness in any scenario.
With over 40 classes offered each week, we have something for everyone. From Olympic Lifting and Gymnastics to Endurance, Crossfit Mums, Competitors, and more, there is always a class to cater to your interests and goals.
Our membership packages are among the best in the industry, ensuring long-term results for our members. Each membership includes a personalised, one-on-one training session every three months. This allows us to monitor your progress and ensure you are achieving excellent results in all aspects of your health and fitness.
We offer three membership options to suit your needs. The Basic membership includes two sessions per week, while the Standard membership offers three sessions per week. Both options include a personal training session every three months.
If you are visiting Cambridge and would like to try out a class, our drop-in option is available for 15. Please note that this class is suitable for experienced CrossFit athletes only.
