Behind his jovial coaching persona, Mike is a caring and honest individual who values mental wellness and works closely with individuals to implement strategies to improve their overall well-being. He holds certifications in CrossFit Level 1-2, CrossFit Mobility, CrossFit Kids, CrossFit Gymnastics, and Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness.
Brett Fforde, the Head Coach at CrossFit Sisyphus, has harboured a dream of owning his own CrossFit gym for a long time, and CrossFit Sisyphus made that dream a reality. Brett has been doing CrossFit since 2007 and completed his coaching courses in 2008/2009 while serving as a Physical Training Instructor in the Australian Army. With extensive experience in the CrossFit space, Brett is a highly qualified coach, having delivered over 200 Level 1 Seminars and 50 Level 2 seminars for CrossFit HQ.
