Welcome to CrossFit Rumble, located in Miles End, Australia. At CrossFit Rumble, our programme is designed for scalability and is suitable for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. We believe that by varying the load and intensity, we can start each person at a level that is appropriate for their fitness and experience. With dedication and hard work, our members achieve greater general fitness and a high degree of athleticism.
We take an old-school approach at CrossFit Rumble, emphasising fundamental, functional movements with proper technique. Our workouts are ever-changing, combining bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, and a wide variety of high-intensity drills that incorporate both cardio and strength challenges. The stimulus provided is always varied, ensuring that the results are dramatic.
What sets CrossFit Rumble apart from other fitness centres is our supportive and camaraderie-filled atmosphere. As soon as you walk through our doors, you'll notice that we know each other's names and genuinely care about each other's well-being. We warm up together, sweat together, and improve our lives together. We believe in building a community that not only helps you become a better version of yourself but also encourages you to support and uplift other members.
Our gym is not your typical fitness centre. You won't find any machines, treadmills, or mirrors here. Instead, we utilise equipment such as barbells, rings, pull-up bars, dumbbells, ropes, and boxes to help you improve your fitness in the best way possible.
CrossFit Rumble offers a range of classes to suit your needs. Our main class is the Multi-level CrossFit, where we tackle the Workout of the Day (WOD) together. These workouts are constantly varied and can be adjusted to each athlete's abilities.
If you're new to CrossFit, our Fundamentals class is the perfect starting point. This class focuses on teaching you the nine fundamental movements of CrossFit, providing you with a strong foundation to build upon. It's a slow-paced class where we focus more on technique and form.
Open Gym is another option we offer, where you can test and refine the skills you've learned. It's a time where you can pick your coach's brain and fine-tune any weaknesses. Open Gym is also ideal for athletes who want to take their fitness journey to the next level.
CrossFit Rumble's opening hours are from Monday to Friday, with morning classes at 5:15 am – 6:15 am and evening classes at 5 pm – 7:30 pm. On Saturdays, we offer a morning class from 8 am – 9 am. Our gym is closed on Sundays.
