What classes and training do you offer?

We offer CrossFit along with weightlifting and gymnastics. You can also join our powerlifting or personal training sessions, and our coaches run endurance and Olympic weightlifting too.

When do you train and how big are the classes?

We are open 6 days a week with 6 classes per day Monday to Friday, plus open gym options and weekend classes. Classes are capped at a maximum of 15 people so you get coach attention.
