Located in the heart of Whitley Bay Town Centre, CrossFit More is easily accessible for residents of Tynemouth, Cullercoats, North Shields, and other areas in North Tyneside. We offer free nearby parking and are conveniently located near multiple bus stops and Tyne and Wear Metro Stations. Our facility features a large Rogue Fitness Rig, equipped with multiple pull-up stations, ropes, and six sets of full height Olympic rings. This allows for a wide range of exercises and advanced programming options.

We take pride in offering a high-quality fitness experience, which is why we have invested in top-of-the-line equipment. Our Olympic weightlifting bars, both for men and women, are Rogue, the same equipment used by elite athletes at the CrossFit Games. In addition to weightlifting, we incorporate gymnastic movements, throwing, and metabolic conditioning into our class programming. Members have access to multiple Assault Air Bikes, Concept 2 Rowers, and Concept 2 Skiers to enhance their workouts.
