Head Coach Ryan White is not only experienced in competitive CrossFit but is also the co-founder of the Functional Strength Training (FST) programme, a training methodology that produces incredible results. FST classes will be available exclusively at CrossFit Monarch, led by the FST founders themselves. Coach Ryan's strength lies in his ability to provide personalised guidance and help clients smash their goals.
Head Coach Ryan Nicholls brings over 20 years of training experience, with a focus on CrossFit and team sports. He emphasises the importance of training and competing alongside friends and peers to maximise athletic performance. Coach Ryan has represented his box and the CrossFit community in various competitions, and his coaching style reflects his passion for teamwork and camaraderie.
