Consistency is key at CrossFit Midnight Life. We will teach you everything you need to know about CrossFit and how to perform exercises safely in order to achieve your goals. All we ask from you is to be consistent, trust the process, and most importantly, have fun.
Unlike your typical commercial gym, CrossFit Midnight Life offers a unique training experience. You won't find treadmills, cable machines, or mirrors here. Instead, we focus on functional movements that mimic real-life activities. We incorporate elements of Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, bodyweight exercises, and cardiovascular exercises like running, rowing, and skipping.
Our gym is fully equipped with barbells, bumper plates, kettlebells, medicine balls, dead balls, climbing ropes, pull-up bars, gymnastics rings, and plyo boxes.
CrossFit Midnight Life offers a wide range of benefits to its members. Our training programmes are designed to improve overall wellbeing, decrease body fat, and increase lean muscle mass. We also provide coaching in Olympic lifting techniques, mobility/flexibility, and personalised nutrition. And perhaps most importantly, our group classes offer a positive and supportive environment where you can push yourself to new limits and achieve your fitness goals.
Our coaching staff comprises passionate individuals who are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. Head Coach Nicole Nic is particularly passionate about human movement and body mechanics. She ensures that our members move well and have fun during their workouts. You'll also find Rolex, our resident gym dog and goodest boy, keeping everyone's spirits high.
CrossFit Midnight Life offers several membership options to cater to your needs. The Basic membership includes three CrossFit sessions per week, access to the Wodify App for progress tracking, and access to all open gym sessions. The Standard membership offers unlimited CrossFit sessions and the same additional benefits. For those who prefer a more flexible option, the Casual membership provides 10 CrossFit sessions with a two-month expiry, along with access to the Wodify App.
