Our gym is conveniently situated at 26 Opal Crescent in Singapore, operating from 7am to 9pm on weekdays and from 8am to 4pm on weekends. We pride ourselves on offering a variety of group and private classes, with a maximum number of participants to ensure quality coaching for every individual.
At CrossFit Kampung, our main gym programme is the CrossFit class, which follows a specific training cycle lasting from 8–12 weeks. This high-intensity interval training programme includes strength and conditioning workouts with varied movements performed at a high intensity level. Each class starts with a warm-up, followed by strength or skills work, and ends with the workout of the day (WOD).
In addition to CrossFit classes, we also offer a Move class focusing on callisthenics, a Metcon class for metabolic conditioning, a Lift class to improve Olympic lifting techniques, and a Strong class dedicated to pure strength training. All classes are designed to cater to individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.
