CrossFit Iron Duke

CrossFit Iron Duke, led by organiser Craig, offers a top-notch fitness programme in Waterlooville, just outside Portsmouth. Since 2014, it's been ideally located near the main A3, ensuring easy access.

Inside, you'll find a well-equipped training rig, individual stations for gymnastics and weightlifting, full-length lifting platforms, Concept 2 rowers, ski-ergs, and Assault Bikes. They provide barbells, bumper plates, kettlebells, dumbbells, wall balls, and plyo boxes.

Craig focuses on CrossFit, blending cardio, gymnastics, and weightlifting for a full-body workout. The aim? Make fitness fun and engaging. Experienced trainers lead small classes, offering personal attention to each member.

Group training at CrossFit Iron Duke is motivating, with classes for all fitness levels. They also offer CrossFit Lite for beginners and two Iron Duke Barbell Clubs for weightlifting enthusiasts. Special classes cater to CrossFit Teens (11–16 years) and CrossFit Kids (5–11 years).
