Our flagship programme is CrossFit, which combines strength and conditioning in 60-minute classes. Workouts are spread across six days of the week and include a variety of functional movements, from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and Olympic lifting. In addition to CrossFit, we offer one-on-one personal training, where you'll receive a personalised programme and coaching to help you achieve your specific goals. This can be done as a standalone membership or in addition to your group training.

We also have CrossFit Teens and Kids classes, designed specifically for their respective age groups. These classes focus on having fun, improving movement quality, and providing the required physical activity in a fun and engaging environment.

For those who prefer a more focused approach, we offer small group training sessions. These sessions cater to groups of 2–6 people and can focus on a wide range of movements, such as fundamental movements, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and strongman.
