CrossFit Encircle takes pride in creating a supportive and inclusive community where individuals can work towards their fitness goals. Located in Woy Woy, we are the first and only CrossFit box on the Peninsula of the Central Coast NSW. Our members not only come here to exercise, but also to connect and build relationships with like-minded individuals.
At CrossFit Encircle, we cater to all fitness levels and ages. Our judgement-free environment encourages everyone to feel comfortable and supported in their fitness journey. We believe in the motto “Your Vibe Attracts Your Tribe” and prioritise creating an ego-free atmosphere.
We offer a variety of classes and programmes, including separate classes for kids and teens. As a registered CrossFit Kids & Teens Affiliate, we provide a safe and engaging environment for our younger members to develop their fitness skills. Additionally, we offer Mobility classes on Saturday mornings, where members can bring their kids or family members to enjoy a 30-minute movement session free of charge.
Our Founder and Head Coach is a Level 2 CrossFit Coach, ANTA Registered Nutritionist & Naturopath. This unique combination of expertise ensures that our members have access to resources that can help them make meaningful changes in their health and wellness. Whether you're looking to make small lifestyle changes or embark on a complete health overhaul, our team is here to support you every step of the way.
CrossFit Encircle follows CrossFit's Foundation Movements, which are functional movements designed to increase strength and conditioning. Our programme focuses on pushing, pulling, lifting, and getting huffy while finding a balance in nutrition. We believe that functional movement and functional wellness go hand-in-hand in achieving overall health and happiness.
The CrossFit programme is built on the principles of constantly varied movements performed at high intensity. We aim to improve cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Our athletes are trained to excel in a diverse range of physical challenges, making our programme suitable for military and police personnel, firefighters, and athletes in various sports.
