Our coaches will work closely with you to create a tailored training plan that takes into account your current fitness level, any injuries or limitations, and your desired outcomes. Whether you're looking to lose weight, improve strength and conditioning, or train for a specific sport or event, our coaches will provide the guidance and support you need to succeed.

When you join CrossFit Dalston, you'll have access to a wide range of membership options to suit your needs and preferences. Our unlimited membership includes one coached session per day, as well as access to our open gym. We also offer memberships with 13 sessions per month, 9 sessions per month, and block sessions valid for 3 or 2 months. Additionally, we offer drop-in sessions for those who prefer more flexibility in their training schedule.
Located in the heart of Dalston, our training space at Dalston Works provides a comfortable and well-equipped environment for your workouts. We have all the equipment you need to complete your CrossFit workouts and weightlifting training, including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers, and more.
