At CrossFit 224 we offer group coaching based on the CrossFit methodology as well as providing individual/group personal training that can be customised and specifically tailored to achieve any fitness, strength, or weight management goal.
Our group classes use CrossFit workouts that are comprised of constantly varied (rarely see the same workout in a 6 month period), functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lunging, lifting, running) performed at high intensity. We achieve amazing results by focusing on workouts that are made up of a combination of running, rowing, strength, gymnastics, weightlifting and throwing which are designed to challenge you and take you out of your comfort zone, in combination with sound nutritional advice and a supportive community.
