Crossbow Netball Club, led by Kim Sullivan, is a dynamic netball hub in Bristol. With over 50 adult members across five squads, this club is the place to be for netball enthusiasts.
Their 1st Team battles it out in the South West Regional League 3, while the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th teams fiercely compete in the Avon & District Netball League's various divisions. Beyond league play, they venture into local tournaments, mixing skill levels for a rich playing experience.
This season, due to Clifton College Dome’s redevelopment into a state-of-the-art sports complex, they’ll train at Backwell School. By the 2024-25 season, they’ll be back, training in one of the finest facilities in the region.
Crossbow’s junior section is booming, with over 70 girls across Under 12, 14, and 16 teams. They’re developing their skills under dedicated coaches in a safe, fun environment. Like the seniors, juniors are temporarily training elsewhere, eagerly anticipating the new indoor facility.
Kim Sullivan’s team welcomes all to watch for upcoming opportunities to join the club. Trials for 2023/24 have passed, but keep an eye on their website for the next chance.
Proud supporters of the Kim Sullivan Foundation, Crossbow encourages donations via their website. For enquiries, connect through the club’s Facebook page.
