Natalie Halcroft, the founder of Croft Pilates, has been immersed in the world of movement her entire life. With a background as a classical and commercial dancer, Natalie's passion for fitness and adventure led her to become a specialised Pilates trainer. Over the years, she has worked in some top studios around the world, training a diverse clientele ranging from celebrities to athletes, pre/postpartum moms, and rehabilitation clients.

Natalie's holistic approach to fitness, combined with her obsession for good form and technique, is reflected in her multiple qualifications as a Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Barre, and Pilates Mat & Reformer Instructor. With her infectious energy, Natalie creates a welcoming and motivating environment for all clients, regardless of their fitness level.

In addition to in-person studio classes, Croft Pilates also offers digital options, including online classes and video courses. This allows clients to continue their Pilates practise no matter where they are, at any time.
