Welcome to Crofton Arrows Badminton Club! Crofton Arrows is a friendly badminton club based at Prendergast Vale School in London. The club has a vibrant community and offers a range of badminton activities for players of all ages and skill levels.

The club hosts a weekly club night where members can come together and enjoy playing badminton. Additionally, Crofton Arrows participates in the Ravensbourne Badminton League and the Orpington & Northwest Kent League, giving members the opportunity to compete in team matches. We have teams for mixed doubles, men's doubles, and ladies' doubles competitions.

Coaching is available for those looking to improve their skills. The club is affiliated with Badminton England and the Kent County Badminton Association, ensuring access to professional guidance and resources.

Crofton Arrows welcomes players aged 15 years and above to join the club. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced player, the club provides a friendly and informal environment to play badminton, develop skills, and connect with other badminton enthusiasts. New members are always welcome!

To comply with social distancing measures, sessions at Crofton Arrows must be booked and paid for in advance. The club night takes place every Wednesday from 7pm to 9pm, with a guest fee of 9 for non-members.

Visitors can also play at Crofton Arrows as a guest for up to six visits, at a fee of 9 per visit. To become a full member of the club, the annual membership fee is 80, which includes affiliation to Badminton England.

The club uses a “peg board” system during club nights to ensure fair pairings and give everyone a chance to play. This system mixes up pairings throughout the evening, allowing members to play with different players and experience various playing styles.

Crofton Arrows values the social aspect of the sport and hosts occasional social activities outside of club nights. It's a great way for members to get to know each other off the court and build lasting friendships within the club.
