Our driving range is open from March 19th (10AM-4PM) weather depending, with the golf course opening on March 22nd, also weather depending. Established in 1954, the Creston Golf Club was founded by local citizens who purchased 100 acres of previously logged Crown land for $265. The gradual development of the club was heavy on volunteerism, with support from the community to accomplish minor miracles with local ingenuity and limited resources. The original course was designed by local engineer Vaughan Mosher and built by volunteers, with grass greens added in 1970-71. The clubhouse was built in 1982 with 95% volunteer labour, and the course expanded to 18 holes in 1989-91.
