Crescent Badminton Club

Welcome to Crescent Badminton Club, a competitive club based in Wokingham, Berkshire. We pride ourselves on being a league standard club and currently compete in ladies, mixed, and men's doubles teams in the Reading League.

If you are interested in joining a league standard club, we have vacancies available for passionate badminton players. We invite you to visit us as a guest, where you can experience our club atmosphere firsthand. We offer a four-week playing in period, starting with a free first visit. After that, you can attend three more club nights as a visitor, allowing both us and you to assess suitability for membership.

At Crescent Badminton Club, you will find our members to be friendly and helpful. We encourage you to join our summer club, which is open from June to August and is specifically designed for club standard players. To find out about our current fees, please visit our website.

In 2016, we were proud winners of the Chairmen's Team tournament, showcasing our commitment to competitive play and teamwork.

Our club night takes place every Tuesday from 8:00pm to 10:30pm at The Emmbrook School in Wokingham. During the match season, which runs from September to May, we have match nights on Wednesdays and Fridays from 7:30pm to 10:00pm. Both club nights and match nights are held at The Emmbrook School.

Our current membership stands at 35, and we have vacancies available. However, please note that we are not accepting complete beginners. We require club and league standard players only.

To keep things exciting off the court, we organise a range of social events throughout the year, providing opportunities for our members to connect and have fun together.

Crescent Badminton Club participates in various venues across the area, including Downshire All Saints Hall, Bracknell Sports Centre, Wallingford Castle Leisure Centre, and many more. Please refer to our website for a comprehensive list of venues.
