He obtained his Diploma in Personal Training in 2005 and graduated in 2008 from the University of Wales Institute Cardiff with a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Development. During his time at university and after completing his studies, he gained valuable experience working for Esporta in Bridgend and London, applying his knowledge in the gym environment.
With a personal interest in various sports and activities such as badminton, climbing, football, running, and rowing, Craig has competed in many running events, including half-marathons and a marathon. He even participated in the British Indoor Rowing Championships in 2008 and secured 4th place in the men's 2000m U23 heavyweight category in the Welsh Indoor Rowing Championships in 2008/09.

With almost ten years of experience in the fitness industry, Craig understands the importance of professional development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Development with Honours (BSc Hons) from the University of Wales Institute Cardiff, as well as a top Training International Diploma in Personal Training. Additionally, he has achieved certifications in gym instructing, personal training, sports massage, and nutrition for health and fitness. Craig is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals and holds an Advanced Instructor Level 3 certification.
