Gail, the most highly trained Pilates instructor in the area, has accumulated over 15,000 teaching hours. She holds qualifications from three outstanding Pilates training providers: Pilates Institute with Michael King, STOTT Pilates of Canada, and Body Control Pilates in London. Her extensive training and experience ensure that her classes are of the highest quality, and she is equipped to cater to individuals with various needs, such as rehabilitation of low back pain and osteoporosis.

With a passion for helping people find relief from pain and correct their posture, Gail believes that everyone can benefit from her classes, even those who have previously attended Pilates classes without success. She offers a personal touch and encourages individuals to reach out to discuss their specific goals and requirements.

Gail's journey in Pilates began when she attended a class to address her own lower back pain, which greatly improved her condition. This experience motivated her to pursue training as a Pilates instructor. She started by training as an Exercise to Music Instructor in 2001 and went on to complete her Pilates training with Michael King at the Pilates Institute London. Gail then gained experience teaching at various fitness clubs, health centres, and even a Virgin Active Health Club, where she managed freelance instructors and arranged class schedules.

In addition to her initial training, Gail continued to advance her skills by studying with STOTT Pilates Canada and Body Control Pilates. She obtained her Level 3 Advanced Pilates Instructor certification and additionally pursued qualifications in low back pain with STOTT Pilates and Polestar Pilates, achieving the highest Level 4 qualification in the fitness industry.

Gail's expertise has led to collaborations with various healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists and chiropractors. She currently receives referrals from multiple professionals, serving as a testament to her expertise and credibility in the field. Gail is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals and is fully insured through REPS.

At Coventry Pilates Studio, Gail combines her knowledge and experience from all three training qualifications to deliver effective and comprehensive Pilates classes.
