The UQAM Sports Center's university sports teams are hosting group classes on water cycling. These classes are designed to improve endurance and cardiovascular power while taking advantage of the beneficial properties of water. The training is adaptable to all fitness levels, and you don't need to know how to swim to participate. Participants are asked to arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of the class to adjust their bike, and to bring a water bottle and a towel. It is recommended to wear water shoes for added comfort.
