Come join the Cardio-Trampo class offered by UQAM Sports Center's university sports teams at the Centre de plein air. This intensive class uses individual trampolines to help you strengthen your cardiovascular and muscular system, with a focus on thighs, glutes, and abs. In addition to the trampoline, weights will be used to complete this varied and effective workout. The sessions will run for a period of 7 weeks, from April 29th to June 17th, 2024.
Students and members can sign up for $41.50, employees and non-member graduates for $56.00, and external participants for $70.25. It is also possible to attend a single session for $9.50 for students and members, $12.75 for employees and non-member graduates, and $15.75 for external participants. The classes will take place on Tuesdays from 12:55 to 13:40 in the Salle Énergie (CS-S2040).
