In addition to her expertise in health and fitness, Samantha also provides guidance on nutrition, including pre and post-natal nutrition and exercise. For those in need of specific exercises, such as pelvic floor exercises, Samantha offers personalised support and resources, such as the NHS App called Squeezy.
