Cosmic Yoga & Pilates is a contemporary studio located in West Lakes, South Australia. Founded by Bianca Tredrea & Inese Meiers, the studio is a welcoming lakeside haven, full of joy and warmth. The studio specialises in Vinyasa Flow and Reformer Pilates, offering a range of classes to cater to different needs and preferences.

The signature Yoga classes at Cosmic Yoga & Pilates draw predominantly on the work of Pattabhi Jois (Ashtanga), with classes such as Cosmic Flows and Yoga Conditioning practised in a heated room. For those who prefer unheated yoga classes, options include Posture Lab, Slow Flow, YIN Yoga, and Recovery. These classes provide a space for individuals to practise self-care, finding headspace and clarity while tuning inwards and reconnecting with their innate state of balance, grounding, freedom, and peace.

Reformer Pilates classes at Cosmic Yoga & Pilates are modern and versatile but stay true to the traditional Pilates Method. With small class numbers, participants receive more individualised attention, allowing for a focused and personalised practise. Reformer Pilates is a whole-body exercise designed to improve daily living, co-ordinating movement and breath to work the smaller and deeper stabilising muscles. It helps to develop functional and sustainable movement patterns throughout the body, promoting balance, strength, and freedom in everyday life.
