Welcome to Corporate Cup Adelaide! With 43 years of experience, Corporate Cup is proud to be Adelaide's leading fitness programme. In 2023, we saw a remarkable 10% increase in participation, with 843 teams and over 4,550 individuals joining us for this incredible journey.

Corporate Cup is a 16-week programme designed for individuals and teams of all fitness levels and ages. We offer various locations to cater to everyone's convenience. You can choose between our traditional onsite locations in Adelaide CBD and Mawson Lakes, or opt for a virtual experience at Semaphore or the 100% virtual KM Tracker category.

Our KM Tracker category is particularly ideal for those working from home, as it provides them with the flexibility to participate in Adelaide's longest-running fitness programme at their convenience, anywhere and anytime.
