Prior to this, the hall underwent extensive renovations by Lincolnshire County Council, including the installation of double glazing, a false ceiling, and a disabled toilet.
Ramps were also constructed to ensure easy access for disabled individuals. Notably, a beautiful Mahogany sprung dance floor was laid, adding to the overall charm and elegance of the hall.
The Trustees further enhanced the facilities by adding gas-fired central heating with radiators in every area, including the toilets. They also completely renovated the kitchen, adding modern appliances and ensuring functionality for various events. New carpeting was added to the coffee/lounge area and the entrance hall, giving the hall a fresh and welcoming ambience.
