The club offers quality professional coaching and technique instruction for swimmers ranging from developing swimmers to competitors at the national level. Members come from various areas in North County Dublin, including Ayrfield, Baldoyle, Balgriffin, Belmayne, Clongriffin, Clontarf, Donaghmede, Howth, Malahide, Portmarnock, Sutton, and Swords.
The club's committee is made up of dedicated individuals who oversee the operations and management of Cormorant SC, ensuring that the club runs smoothly and effectively. The Head Coach, Alan Ferns, leads the coaching staff, while the Club Children's Officer, Carolann Oragano, and Treasurer, John Keating, are also essential members of the committee.
Cormorant Swim Club follows Swim Ireland's safeguarding policies to ensure the safety and well-being of all members. Training sessions take place at Trinity Sports & Leisure Club in Donaghmede, with various lanes and squads training on different days throughout the week. The club hosts regular events and activities, such as the Last Day of Swimming celebration and participation in Swim Ireland's Clubs and Community Prize Draw.
