Every Saturday morning, Tracey leads mat Pilates classes that kickstart your weekend. On Sundays, Lauren, our physio and APPI trained instructor, hosts group sessions at 10:00 am and private sessions by appointment. Lisa Valentine, our Yoga instructor, runs Slow Flow and Vinyasa classes, perfect for whatever mindset you're in—whether you need peace or an energetic boost.
Newcomers will find all the guidance they need to get started confidently. Core Zone also offers clinical hypnotherapy, workshops, and gift vouchers.
Serving the community since 2003, Core Zone was Northamptonshire’s first Pilates studio, dedicated to redefining how you see your body’s capabilities through Pilates.
