Rochelle is an energised and engaged instructor who follows the 'exercise in balance' Pilates philosophy. She is passionate about bringing health and wellness to the community and extends her expertise by offering sessions in schools and community groups.

In addition to group classes, Rochelle is a qualified Personal Trainer and offers couple or one-on-one sessions tailored to individual goals. She also caters to private groups with her studio, providing flexible pricing options for in-person or online participation. The studio will also be introducing Rest and Restore workshops, retreats, walking groups, and monthly adventure walks/events in 2022, further promoting health and wellness in the East Auckland community.
