We also offer a variety of classes, both in-person and on Zoom, to cater to different fitness preferences and schedules.

The driving force behind Core Strength is Susan, a highly experienced personal trainer with over 10 years of expertise in the field. Susan specialises in a range of dynamic exercise styles including boxercise, HIIT, and circuit training, all accompanied by energising music and tailored to your individual needs and abilities.

If you're looking for a mindful and rejuvenating workout, our yoga classes are the perfect choice. Join us on Thursdays for a one-hour session at just 10 or opt for Yoga Shred, a high-energy fusion of yoga and HIIT available for only 5.

For those who prefer a more intense workout, our Bootcamp class on Thursdays offers an hour of vigorous training for just 5. Additionally, we offer TRX suspension training, a dynamic and challenging exercise method that you can experience in our 30-minute sessions for 5. If you're unable to join us in person, we also have virtual TRX and yoga sessions via Zoom on Wednesdays.

Interested in personal training? Susan has availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays for one-hour sessions priced at 25. You can also book a trial session, consultation, or PARQ assessment for the same price to assess your fitness level and discuss your goals.
