Joseph Pilates, we have over 30 exercises to work with on the combo chair, so it takes years of practice to get through all of these exercises. We also have a few exercises where one uses the entire Cadillac (depending on the model) and a few exercises on the reformer, so the possibilities are endless! CoreBody Pilates + Yoga Inc. is a boutique studio located in North Vancouver, offering a holistic approach to fitness through Pilates, Yoga, and instructor training.
