Core Dynamics specialises in injury prevention and recovery, catering to clients with spinal and joint issues, neurological conditions such as MS, Parkinson's, and stroke, as well as pre- and postnatal individuals. Clients have the flexibility to put their 10- and 5-class multi-passes on hold with 1 week's notice. It is important to provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
