Founder and Director, Anastasia, has a deep passion for Pilates that started ten years ago after she obtained an injury and participated in the Greek National Kick Boxing Team competition. Pilates became a part of her life as a rehabilitation training and has since become a fulfilling career. Anastasia believes in the core values of growth and love, and she strives to improve every day as an instructor to help people have a better quality of life.
